Tucked away on a little hill overlooking the valley, surrounded by towering Douglas fir and cedar, the Tree House offers the quiet solitude of Descanso Bay — just minutes from the ferry and the shoreline.
This peaceful hideaway is cozy and self-contained, featuring a new heat pump, washer and dryer, and a kitchenette for simple meals. Upstairs, a full-sized bed in the loft offers comfort and warmth, with custom-built cabinets and storage throughout and a single side table for a restful stay.
Unwind in the deep soaking tub with a handheld shower, or step out to the back deck and breathe in the forest air. The cabin also includes a Smart TV and high-speed internet — perfect for streaming a quiet evening in or staying connected while you unplug from the city and the demands of life.
Everything needed for one or two people is provided — cutlery, dishes, cookware, utensils, a coffee press and kettle, handmade soap, shampoo, towels, and bedding.
It’s not fancy — still a work in progress — but it’s full of character, warmth, and peace. A place to slow down, exhale, and remember what stillness feels like. Ideal for artists, writers, or anyone seeking a change of pace from the responsibilities of everyday life.
